These are quickly devoured at our dinner table. We often place sliced fruit (such as pineapple and granny smith apples) on skewers as well and grill them at the same time. Somehow eating food on a stick just makes it fun!
If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for an hour before grilling so that they do not burn up on the grill.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts cut into strips
2 T Smokey-Hot Barbeque Sauce
Directions
Place chicken on skewers and onto preheated grill. Brush with barbeque sauce. Turn in 3-4 minutes or when chicken is cooked enough to no longer stick to the grill.
Brush with barbeque sauce and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
