Barbeque Sauce

Smokey-Hot Barbeque Sauce

Smokey-Hot Barbeque Sauce

A friend of mine was looking for a low-cal, low-sodium, low-sugar barbeque sauce and—no surprise—was unable to find one in their local supermarket. After a little experimentation, I created this recipe.

This sauce works well when coating meat for the barbeque or as a dipping sauce for chicken or shrimp.
