It’s getting real now! My body is quickly responding to the recent changes to my diet and cardio program. I am also back to training four days a week. It feels good.
My weight this morning was 125. While the number hasn’t changed much, I can see some real changes and I am feeling good about my progress. My waistline is shrinking and my abs are coming in. The extra junk on the back of my outer thighs is gone on my right leg and my left leg will shortly follow.
Here is a progress picture. Sorry for the extreme cropping—I’m breaking out big time with the increased cardio. It happens every time! Another weird thing that happens is I am constantly flushed and the tips of my ears are always burning. It all goes along with being in fat-burning mode I guess.
I am in the zone!
