During my journey from frumpy girl to national-level physique-competitor, I learned how to make a total body transformation. Many of the men and women I train with have also been transformed in both mind and body. In sharing our experiences, we pinpointed the areas responsible for the changes.
This series outlines how you can do it too. Sorry, no magic pills or berries are involved; determination and hard work are required.
